Factory Setting Mode
This operating mode is for users who want to replace their consumables based on the manufacturers default replacement advice of 12 months and do not want to do any configuration of installation. This setting is only useful when you are installing a new filter and want to follow the standard manufacturer’s replacement advice not taking into account any other factors which can affect the expected lifetime of your consumables such as your gas quality and instrument usage
Manual Mode
This operation mode is useful for users who already have their own replacement schedule in place for their consumables which deviates from the standard manufactures replacement advice and want to use the Electronic Indicator Device to inform them about the current status and warn when the consumable is due for replacement.
Virtual Indicator Mode
This is the most advance operation mode for users who want to get the lowest possible cost of ownership for their consumables without giving in on gas quality issues. Using this mode the device will calculate a replacement-advice tailored for you based on your specific gas configuration and instrument usage.
Reduced Cost of Ownership:
More economic replacement cycle. Based on the data in your virtual indicator profile it could be that your consumable can last longer than you originally thought it would. Instead of replacing your consumables yearly it may be completely safe to replace it every two years for example; Replacement discount. Receive additional discounts when you replace a consumable registered in your virtual indication profile with the same brand as the consumable linked to the device.
Easy Configuration:
Auto Synchronise. When there are any changes in your profile that affects the lifetime of your consumable such as a change to a different type of gas or a change in instrument usage. All you have to do is connect the device to your computer and it will automatically synchronise with the latest setting.
