Real-Time Quantitative Flow Analysis with the Asia Sampler and Dilutor
The Asia Sampler and Dilutor from Syrris (UK) is the ideal tool for chemists wishing to perform on-line chromatographic analysis of flow chemistry reactions. The module enables real-time sampling of the reaction flow, dilution to a user-defined ratio and automatic injection into virtually any chromatography system. It can be used as a standalone module, or integrated into an automated Asia flow chemistry system under the control of Asia Manager PC software.
The Asia Sampler and Dilutor offers excellent chemical compatibility at operating pressures of 0 to 20 bar, enabling a broad range of applications to be accommodated. Extraction and dilution of a 5 µl sample aliquot – or multiple aliquots – from the reaction flow stream is fully automated, allowing experiments to continue uninterrupted during the sampling process. Samples can be diluted by a factor of between 5 and 250 before automatic injection into an analytical instrument such as an LCMS, GCMS or UPLC system – with simultaneous initiation of the chromatographic run – enabling on line analysis of flow chemistry reactions to be simply and easily achieved. It is particularly beneficial when performing flow chemistry optimisation experiments, enabling straightforward, real-time sampling and analysis to be performed at the mid-point of each set of reaction conditions. The module is also highly advantageous for continuous production processes, simplifying the regular sampling and analysis required to meet the stringent demands of quality control and assurance protocols

Simple and accessible through its integrated software, airmoCAL M can be used to calibrate analytical instruments with standard bottles or permeation tubes.
airmoCAL M can automatically prepare and inject gas for all kinds of analytical instruments.
The principle of this device is based on mixing, dilution and injection of calibration gases, which can be useful in many applications such as calibration and validation of analysers.
With three thermally controlled ovens and its mass flow controllers, it is possible to inject a large number of calibration gases from standard bottles or permeation tubes controlling rates and quantities. Each oven calibration can contain up to 6 tubes which allows a large number of reference gases without carrying gas bottles. The permeation tubes sold by Chromatotec (France) are certified in laboratories and can produce very precise standards (sulphur and volatile organic compounds).
The software VISTACHROM allows gas injection in a timely manner or in a programmed sequence. Friendly and intuitive, the software can be used very quickly. It also includes a monitoring function for full traceability. All sequences can be saved to be recalled at any time. Also communications protocols can be used (modbus, jbus…).

Eliminate Solvent Prep Time with New TAN Titration Solvent
Wouldn’t it be great to eliminate personnel time required to measure and mix solvents for Total Acid Number analysis? Well now you can.
ASTM D664 is the standard test method for determining acid number in petroleum products and requires preparation of a titration solvent consisting of a mixture of propan-2-ol, toluene and water. This reagent is used in the greatest of quantities when following ASTM D664 and therefore would need to be prepared frequently.
