Optimass 2000 is the only mass flowmeter available in Super Duplex a superior corrosion resistance material, conforming to NACE MR0175 / ISO15156. The Optimass 2000 is now available in a version that utilises Super Duplex material for all wetted parts; flange, splitter and measuring tube, which provides superior resistance to corrosion and additional strength making it the ideal product for sour environments that contain hydrogen sulphide (H!S). This new version of the Optimass 2000 can claim even higher pressure performance, operating up to 180 bar at 20˚C and 130 bar at 130˚C!
The meter is also available with a PED approved secondary containment of 150 bar at 20˚C and 100 bar at 130˚C. This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a tube failure, the product will still be contained within the secondary containment casing.
