14 May / June 2014 Ultra-Inert UHPLC and HPLC Columns with Extended pH Stability

Advanced Chromatography Technologies is pleased to announce the launch of ACE SuperC18. These UHPLC and HPLC columns offer excellent stability across an extended pH range (pH 1.5 to 11.5), allowing chromatographers to routinely exploit beneficial selectivity changes at low, intermediate and high pH. ACE SuperC18 columns are designed for use with LC/MS compatible buffers and offer ultra-low bleed for improved LC/MS compatibility. They can be used with both MeOH and MeCN mobile phases and offer rapid column equilibration without memory effects. Preparative dimensions are available, enabling chromatographers to explore increased loading capacity at elevated pH, and offering reproducible scale up from analytical dimensions. Particle sizes of 2µm, 3µm, 5µm and 10µm are available. ACE SuperC18 columns feature proprietary “Encapsulated Bonding Technology” which dramatically increases the ligand coverage of the silica surface and results in improved inertness, chromatographic performance and stability. They are an ideal choice for method development offering excellent column lifetime for reduced analysis cost.

For further information on ACE SuperC18 contact your local ACE distributor, email: info@ace-hplc.com or www.ace-hplc.com
