now off ers 12 exclusive technical and commercial videos on its Members- only platform, with the videos hosted on a secure YouTube site, hidden from public view.
part of this year’s online Toolbox Talks, which replace the usual roadshows, cancelled due to COVID-19. It also comes hot on the heels of
our fi rst technical video, an in-depth three-part tutorial on Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICRs), which can be accessed along with all our other Member-only videos at
bit.ly/SELECT-TV. We’re now planning to add to the library with short fi lms on employment and health and safety
issues as we build up a unique collection of visual aids.
Commercial guidance As well as the technical video, three new commercial guidance fi lms have also been added to SELECT TV courtesy of industry experts Len Bunton and Professor Rudi Klein. In the fi rst, Len discusses the tricky issue of problem clauses, with a particular focus on amends, schedules, termination and extensions of time.
Later this year, we will add the videos to the MY SELECT section of the new SELECT website, where SELECT TV will have its own dedicated web page, only accessible by Members. We’re keen to add relevant content all the time – so please get in touch if there’s anything you would like to see on the small screen.
