Continents and oceans
Continents You will see big areas of land that are named on the map. These very big areas of land are called continents. There are seven continents altogether. Point to the seven continents on the map and read their names. Antarctica is a continent at the bottom of the map. It is covered with snow and ice. Nobody lives there.
Oceans
The three biggest oceans are the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian Oceans. Point to the three oceans on the map and read their names.

South Africa is part of the continent of Africa. Africa is part of the world.
