Staff development schemes help SF Recruitment scoop top accolade

SF Recruitment has earned a prestigious accolade, after being positioned fifth best company in the Midlands by the Sunday Times. Unlike the national rankings,

where SF Recruitment was named as one of the best small companies to work for, the Midlands list is not broken down into categories based on the size of the organisation. The company has made a

significant investment into its employee engagement programme over the past two years. In addition to flexible working options, it offers a range of benefits and incentives which allow employees to reduce hours and finish early on a Friday. Saira Demmer, CEO at SF

Recruitment, said: “We have developed a number of fantastic learning and development programmes over the past few years and we are thrilled to have been recognised as the fifth best company to work for in the Midlands. “In our day jobs, we are

obsessed with matching the right people with their ideal roles, and for us to achieve this, we knew we had to make sure that all of our people were coming to work every day excited to be in their own ideal

The team at SF Recruitment celebrate their latest accolade

roles. Being part of a team of engaged, successful people is what we believe makes a business an employer of choice.” Earlier this year, SF Recruitment

earned three-star accreditation by Best Companies, the UK standard in workplace development. Among recent changes to the workplace, it

introduced enhanced maternity pay, length of service rewards and clear career development pathways. Improving wellbeing has also

been a key driver for the business, as Saira explained: “We have provided options for our people to focus on their physical, mental and financial wellbeing, at a time and in

a way that suits them and their individual circumstances. “In addition to healthcare plans

and gym memberships, we have regular visits from a mindfulness consultant and an anonymous counsellor is also available to employees to discuss personal matters in a safe environment.”
