How much notice do I need to give to hire equipment? We often cater for people who have forgotten something last minute, so providing the kit is available, a late booking is not impossible, but as with anything, the more notice you can give any hirer, the better.


I’m looking for a speaker system for some wedding speeches only for a few hours, is this possible? Of course. We can provide a small speaker system with wireless microphone that can be setup in 30 minutes and allow you to make those speeches with ease. We can then come and take down the system and remove it if it’s no longer required.


Can I hire outdoor equipment or is it indoor only? We increasingly get requests for outdoor equipment. Whether it’s festoon lighting or uplighters. So yes, we have a range of indoor and outdoor sound and lighting equipment to make sure you can have what you want. We can also provide you with outdoor rated power cables.


Do you set up the equipment for us? Yes, we always set up and show you how to operate any relevant equipment for your hire. In most cases we leave the kit setup to run itself so you have no worries.


I’m looking for something specific with lighting I’ve seen online, can you help? Most definitely. We’ve worked with brides to create fairy light walls. Arches, fairy light ceilings, rows upon rows of festoon lights, outdoor coloured uplighting and

much more. We have a range of different kinds of lighting and in most cases, venue providing. We can do almost anything.


We have some music put together by members of the family, can it be played? Absolutely. It’s becoming more and more common with weddings for us to supply a speaker package with an iPad/Tablet connection so couples can stream music from Spotify or iTunes. This way all the guests can add their songs to the playlist. It’ a great way to get everyone involved and cheaper too.


We are having our wedding reception in a marquee, would this be a problem? Not at all. We have a range of stands and truss and can also provide generators to run our equipment if you have no power nearby. Providing glitterballs, uplighters and other lighting equipment can make a marquee look amazing.


We typically hire out equipment for a weekend for Weddings. This allows the equipment, beit sound or lighting to be setup early giving you total peace of mind then once your big day has been and


gone we can either collect on the evening of the event when it’s finished or come the next day to pack away. We are always flexible and happy to work with whatever suits you best.


We’re really proud of our wedding awards. We’ve now won these for our Audio Visual services and communication services. Most common is AV - (Sound and lighting). We have a huge passion for our work and love seeing the bride and grooms faces when the reception is over and it’s all gone to plan. We love being a small part of making that happen.
