I have been making cakes locally for many years and then I had the opportunity of opening the Emporium, selling lots of goodies from handmade Welsh and Belgian chocolates, jams and chutneys and of course the cakes, Wether it’s a wedding cake, a bespoke birthday cake, cupcakes or just tray bakes I can cater to many tastes, Traditional, modern or whacky, wedding cakes come in all sorts of shapes, sizes and flavours. Some things I get asked during a wedding consultation, how big the wedding cake should be, generally I would say let’s looks at the design of the cake get it to look right, then how many guests is it for, does it need to be bigger or smaller or provide extra cakes for cutting, Can the cake come in different flavours? Yes cakes can be made to suite your taste, traditional sponge or fruit or more unusual like Turkish delight, tasting can also be arranged, Do I deliver the cakes, yes I deliver and set up all wed- ding cakes myself and local delivery aprox 20miles is free, I can also provide


wedding favours, balloons and other decorations for your wedding day.
