Welcome to the Spring edition of Chamber Profile, which once again is packed with positive news stories, helpful information and
interesting articles that show what fabulous things are going on in our region. Like the blossoming of the season, I am so pleased with the burgeoning momentum the Chamber is gaining on several fronts: membership is growing steadily; our events are attracting record attendance and our international trade team is helping more companies than ever export across the world while expanding its service to cover customs declarations. Perhaps one of biggest successes though is engaging with Government at a
regional and national level. British Chambers of Commerce South West has been invited to the All Party Parliamentary Group for the region to talk about the Great South West and the investment we so desperately need and deserve. People join the Chamber for numerous reasons – for networking, support,
events, information, exporting, lobbying or simply because they believe in supporting the business community – but whatever the reasons, it is clear we are better and stronger together. So no matter why you belong to the Chamber, we are grateful for it. We will never take your membership for granted and the team will work
tirelessly to make the business environment as good as it can possibly be and to help you connect, grow and succeed so your business may blossom. Thanks for your continued support.
