Citizens Advice Plymouth are leaders in the charity advice sector and can offer a range of training topics and solutions to suit different organisations and their needs. Being at the forefront of the


advice sector has allowed them to develop a wealth of knowledge and expertise that can be shared with a range of organisations. All Citizens Advice Plymouth


staff and volunteers are trained to high levels to deal with the complex range of issues and varying needs of the people they interact with. Their specialist training department is adept at bringing people together for training sessions, tailoring course content and delivery methods for a range of organisational needs In addition to their


core service across Plymouth, which helped over 19,000 people last year with over 118,000 issues they were facing, Citizens Advice Plymouth also run national partnerships for the likes of EDF Energy, South West Water, OVO Energy and Bulb supporting their customers. They also run projects such as

City College for a variety of student placements and apprenticeship roles. They are seen as the market


leader in supporting vulnerable customers nationwide for these utility companies and they take this passion and expertise to create bespoke training offers and courses for a range of partners and organisations across the city and beyond.
