Chair Yoga. 12-1pm. Dealing with physical challenges can be stressful, painful, and de- pressing. Chair Yoga teaches us how to use the wisdom of our body and mind to transform the negative impact of dealing with physical challenges into an experience of empower- ment and healing. In this class we learn to use the breath to induce relaxation to a stressed body and mind. We learn how to move our body mindfully in order to develop strength, balance, and flexibility.
