converts testosterone into dihydro-tes- tosterone (DHT). BPH is partially caused by an increase in conversion of testos- terone to DHT.


Lifestyle changes: Stress, poor diet, alcohol consump-


tion, and lack of sleep are all lifestyle factors that can lower testosterone. To address these factors, learn to recognize when you are stressed out and do some- thing about it.
