WELCOME
With not a little pride, on behalf of the Waterland Media team, I welcome you to the tenth anniversary issue of Hot Tub & Swim Spa Scene magazine.
A decade has passed since Waterland Media went completely independent, having already earned our spa spurs over ten auspicious years when we were privileged to witness the birth of the UK and European spa and hot tub industries.
Ten years has seen phenomenal growth, constant analysis and business development. We could hardly ask for better role models. The hot tub industry never stands still – so why would we?
What better benchmark of that continuing professional development than the UK Pool & Spa Awards which once again set new record-breaking heights, raising the bar across all aspects of project delivery, product specification all made possible by exceptional personnel. Humbled. Yes we were astounded by the calibre of this year’s competition. Read all about all about this year’s Hot Tub Royalty inside this issue.
Waterland excels in bringing you the news and views of your peers, featuring more than one thousand companies over the past decade. We stick to our core values in your February issue with a visit to the multi award-winning MySpa team and privileged access to the UK ambassadors of the Sundance Spas. We also bring you hot tub and swim spa projects from two more outstanding teams in Blue Cube Pools and Complete Spas. Not to be missed.
What better time than the beginning of the year to re-evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of your business. We hope you are busily updating business plans with new ideas and opportunities. What better time of the year to inspire you than a return visit to SPATEX where more than 20 companies involved in the delivery of hot tubs and swim spas, look forward to hearing about your business goals.
The Waterland media team will once again stand alongside the industry at our new stand location on H7. Be sure to pop by and say hello so we can add you to the featured projects list for the next ten years.
Take Care
