was commissioned to create the glamorous basement swimming pool with fibre optic floor lighting and spa facilities including a bespoke steam room, sauna with feature wall and six- person spa.


The 17m swimming pool includes


a stunning feature wall made up of copper tone tiles which continues into the residents changing rooms designed and built by APP. The basement spa includes a fully tiled spa, vitality pool with warm jets, a luxury bespoke sauna, a steam room, and unique brass-finished changing rooms. In addition, APP have undertaken the build of treatment rooms, all associated drainage and M&E for the entire basement area. Exclusively for the residents, the


serenity of the 17m swimming pool and the warm jets of the vitality pool are the perfect way to unwind. Residents
