SECTOR FOCUS: PROPERTY Estate agents embraces technology
One of Plymouth’s most recognisable home moving specialists has made the move to a new home of its own. The team from Lawson Estate
Agents City Branch has taken up residence in a new office at the heart of one of Plymouth's most popular residential areas, Peverell. Located at the Hyde Park Road shopping area, the office also puts the agency at the centre of one of its key sales areas. It also gets the team even closer
to the local community, in particular Hyde Park School, which is right next door to the office and a focal point for Peverell residents. Community engagement is a key

covering the Plymouth area, the agency also helps buyers and sellers in the popular commuter areas of South East Cornwall and Ivybridge. Managing Director

traditional estate agency, with local
offices and staff with in-depth local knowledge – and I hope that never changes.” Even before the team made the
switch, customers were still able to interact with its services. Touch screens were installed into the windows of the new Hyde Park Road office at the end of July. Chris Mervyn, Marketing Director
at the city branch, said the move represented the next exciting phase in the evolution of estate agency. He said: “We are particularly
