PABC comes together for Armed Forces Dinner
The Plymouth Area Business Council (PABC) Armed Forces Dinner was held in the Officer’s Mess at RM Barracks Stonehouse, Plymouth, in November. The historic venue was kindly provided HM
Lord Lieutenant of Devon, David Fursdon and sponsored by Womble Bond Dickinson and Plymouth Citybus and co-hosted by the University of Plymouth. The invited guests were treated to excellent
entertainment including a mess Beatings ceremony provided by the Drake Volunteer Band before dinner. Chairman of PABC Richard Stevens spoke
after dinner followed by Lord Lieutenant Fursdon and Professor Richard Thompson OBE from the University of Plymouth. PABC is administered by Devon & Plymouth Chamber and comprises invited senior sector leaders in the area.
