These specially formulated lapping machines are produced to the finest quality. Tapered Spindle design operating at a 45 degree angle which is adjustable to suit your needs to provide optimum visibility and accessibility. Manufactured for both angular and flat surfaces producing outstanding results! Constructed from sheet metal, lapping involves the process of friction between two different surfaces which rub against one another with an abrasive in between, resulting in microscopic fractures. Very similar to our polishing machines, they are used for creating highly polished finishing

Centrifugal magnetic finishing is quiet by comparison to many other forms of finishing. On soft non-ferrous metals, the finishing cycle can be as low as 30 minutes. This alone assures faster turnaround time on parts when compared to any other method. Centrifugal magnetic tumbling as an automated process addresses the most intricate and detailed parts imaginable in finishes where others fail. It should be noted that on large, smooth or flat surfaces the finish will appear frosted and a slight buffing or a dry finish is recommended.
