The prawn cocktail, for example, is a far cry fromthe rather drab 70’s classic and is served with succulent king prawns, smashed avocado, a mix of vegetables and Bill’s spiced tortillas. The restaurant also has a wide


range of drinks to choose from, including both traditional and modern cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), a selection of gin and tonics, locally brewed beers and spirits. For the teetotal among us, try the peach, elderflower and rosemary cooler. Served in a long glass with ice, it has a real kick fromthe sour lemon


and iswonderfully refreshing on a hotsummer’s day. Eachweek, Bill’s launches a


different hamburger andwewere lucky enough to taste the special Greek burger,madewith chicken and feta cheese then topped with creamy tzatziki in a sesameseed bun, served with fries– simply delicious! The Halloumi burger also scores highly in our recommendations, served with tomato hummus, sweet chilli sauce and roasted red peppers – with the option to add extra bacon and avocado – it’s perfect for an indulgent lunch or evening meal. The newsummermenuis, quite


simply, too good to be missed. From a delicious new paprika, garlic and chilli half roast chicken, to kale, chickpea and misohummussalad, and not tomention the rosemary,


peahummusand garlic sourdough, we recommendmeeting up with friends and family at Bill’s for a fabulous meal.
