cheltonianweddings Emma & Paul...
photoswere classy, unique and had thewowfactorwhich is whatwe were after. The photographswill last a lifetimesowe knew itwas one of themost important decisions for the day.Wewere so excited when the initial photos started tocome through and kept sending them all to our friends and familywhoalso loved them.
On the day... My school friend is a professional hairdresser so luckily, she didmy hair in a soft up do and natural curls with a diamante clasp on one side. Itwas perfect and exactly what Iwanted. Although I had amakeup trial
before thewedding, I thought Iwould domy ownmake up on the day. I went to the Laura Mercier counter at John Lewis a fewweeks before and boughtmake up specially to aid flash photography. I felt confident doing my ownmake up and knew exactly what I look Iwanted. I also nowhave all of this lovelymake up to use. My dresswas by Rebecca Ingram. I
then had an Italian lace, off the shoulder bolero top which I took off in the evening. I bought both in Cardiff fromSarah Jayne bridal shop. The groomwore his RAF uniform.
Number 1’s for the ceremony and then Number5’s for themeal and evening reception. The bridesmaidswore a tight
fitting off the shoulder, dusky pink floor length dress by Jessica. Our theme and colourswere very
natural, white and green with a splash of dusty pink.We used a lot of wood in our decorations too. Itwas important for us to have rustic natural looking colours for the time of year. Our flowerswerememory lane
roses, creamspray roses, pink seededeucalyptus, grey eucalyptus, pinkwax flower, creamfreesia, gyposophilia andlotsof foliage for the garlands. We hadtwowedding cakes. Our
first cakewas a four-tierbuttercream icingwith 3different flavoured
sponges.Chocolateorange, carrot andsaltedcaramel. Itwasdelicious. I then hada family friendmake us
a traditional 3 tier cakewith decorative icingwith lace andiced
flowers. This cakewas vanilla sponge andfruit cake, anotherdelicious cake.

“We completed a lot of research on the internet before picking Sheryl. We chose our top six wedding photographers in the Gloucestershire area and then spent time scrolling through all of the galleries on their websites. Sheryl stood out by miles against the rest! Her website was very eye catching, creative graphics and memorable. Her photos looked unique, natural and had the wow factor for us. We were amazed when we
got our sneak peeks through. Our wedding day had sunshine, rain showers, stormy black clouds and a rainbow and Sheryl successfully captured every season that day! She captured moments from the day which we didn’t even see so when we looked through our wedding gallery, we relived our special day again and more!! Every single guest thought the photos were wow and captured so many magical moments from the day (we loved our guests being so impressed). I had arrived back home
and was reading through our wedding guest book with my family and Paul in the lounge when my phone was going mad with likes and comments…my guests had a lot of love for Sheryl’s photos!! Every photo I saw of hers, i just smiled and felt this overwhelming feeling of happiness. #cloud9 The photographs will last
a lifetime so we knew it was one of the most important decisions for the day.”
