•I am a personal trainer in the Dartmouth area working from my own


private studio close to Dartmouth Academy (as well as in clients’ homes). I offer personal training that can be adapted to suit all levels and abilities, goals and preferences; be they feeling more energised throughout the day, reducing aches and pains, losing weight and toning up or to gaining muscle mass and strength.


I am a fully qualified personal trainer and nutritional advisor. I am also trained in more specialised disciplines such as advanced resistance training, functional equipment training and am qualified to work with pre and post-natal clients in offering both nutritional advice as well as safe exercise planning. I am currently completing an Exercise for GP referral course, which will allow me to work with individuals suffering from health conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, hypertension and more.


•Who am I looking for? - Anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness


and is prepared to make a commitment to themselves to make a change. Support and help will always be available to you.


•How can I help you? - I have worked with a variety of clients of all age ranges


(from 24 to 68 yrs) each with various goals and preferences, as well as clients coping with injury. I create bespoke fitness sessions specific to you and your goals and provide help and support and the extra drive to push yourself to get the most from the effort you put in as well as making it a fun and rewarding journey.
