starting with a challenge! Traditionally all restaurants struggle to encourage clients upstairs but not when it’s a loft, THE Loft; Kingsbridge’s gourmet burger bar plus so much more. Amazing burgers are their spe-


ciality, and with Elston Farm their local meat supplier, they couldn’t be otherwise. Start with great ingredients, you’re halfway there! Then ‘Synergy’ grill them for the


tenderest, moistest, most succu- lent, fat-reduced burgers you could wrap your hands around. Fat-re- duced burgers? Absolutely, with groundbreaking technology and a new generation of fat atomising grills. If the science is your ‘thing’, knowledgeable wait staff at The Loft will explain but all you really need to know is synergy grilling produces better quality food than ever before. 7 interesting burger combina- tions star including The Queens – a vegetarian/vegan’s dream.
