W Dr. Robert Kipp, DC P

ro-Heath Chiropractic has been serving Fairfi eld County since 2007. Dr. Kipp is a highly sought after Chiropractor, Author, and International Speaker. He specializes in structural correction with an emphasis on the body’s neurol- ogy. He has been voted national chiropractor of the year and most recently one of Connecticut’s Best Chiropractors. You can expect a custom

program to help combat pain, correct poor posture, or gain a performance edge.

1. Why are you passionate about your specialty?

I absolutely love helping people get back to living their life pain-free and doing the things they want, without drugs or surgery. Helping someone avoid surgery, or an expectant mother enjoying her pregnancy without discomfort, or a teen performing their best at school sports, are just some of the little daily miracles that chiroprac- tic has been able to provide our patients.

2. What sets you apart from other practitioners in the holistic fi eld?

We pride ourselves on using the most advanced methods to detect issues that could interfere with someone’s health. Instant test results allow us to determine if we can help along with what course of ac- tion to take. When you take that level of testing and combine it with nearly 20 years of clinical experiences, I’d say that’s why were able to help people get results.

3. What can patients expect from working with you? In simplest terms, they get a caring doctor who actually listens

and provides direction to a better healthier lifestyle. 4. What plans do you have for the future for your practice? We are always striving to improve our patients experience.

We’ve collaborated with another Chiropractor and award-winning Naturopathic Doctor to be able to meet the needs of more people.

5. Tell us about the best memory you have about being a holistic practitioner.

The best memory is when my practice turned 10 years old.

It was simply amazing how far the practice and I had come, along with the number of lives we had been able to change. A truly humbling experience.

6. What do you like the most about being a part of Natural Nutmeg?

Being part of a community of like-minded people is just wonderful.

There are so many great articles and resources from terrifi c people and businesses. I’m honored to be part of that.

7. What is your favorite place to travel, your favorite food, and your favorite hobby?

I have so many places yet to visit in the world, but so far, I’d have

to say the Caribbean is my favorite. As for favorite food, defi nitely Italian! Which is probably why my favorite hobbies are rock climbing and hiking...to burn off the calories!!!

1. Why are you passionate about your specialty?

There is nothing better than empowering people to heal – helping them to change their lives not only to feel better physically, but also emotionally and spiritually. I’m a sucker for a good transformation story and functional medicine facilitates the best transformations!

2. What sets you apart from other practitioners in the holistic fi eld? I invest time into getting to know each patient that walks through my

door. Developing strong relationships facilitates healing. I pride myself on being thorough and turning over stones that have been left unturned.

3. Tell us about the best memory you have about being a holistic practitioner.

I love when I hear that patients are teaching their families and friends about health, because of what they’ve learned in navigating their own issues with me. The ripple effect of good health is very powerful.

4. What do you like the most about being a part of Natural Nutmeg?

The integrative health world is still small, and Natural Nutmeg helps us to stay connected and teach our communities about all of the wonderful integrative medicine resources in our little state!

hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Holistic Studies. I am a certifi ed Reiki Master/Teacher, 200hr Vinyasa yoga teacher, 16hr Yoga for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder teacher, and intuitive artist. I offer integrated therapy

I

and am passionate about working with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, and female empowerment.

1. Why are you passionate about your specialty?

I am passionate about helping people live from their truth, through their hearts, and in connection with their true-self. I approach working with the mind, body, and spirit through integrative/holistic modalities. This approach offers opportunities to deepen healing and allow you to step beyond the structure of modern western culture and into the most authentic parts of yourself.

2. What sets you apart from other practitioners in the holistic fi eld?

I have diverse training in both clinical and holistic modalities, including mental health counseling, reiki healing, yoga, art, and writ- ing. This background allows me to develop integrated treatment plans alongside my clients to best support their healing. Rather than having to fi t into another “box” for therapeutic support, clients receive op- portunity to fi nd and create a structure that's unique to them and their desired healing.

3. Tell us about the best memory you have about being a holistic practitioner.

One of my favorite moments in any therapeutic journey is when a client shares that they have recognized the release of their inner critic and the freedom they feel, from their last exhale of self-hate to their fi rst inhale of self-love.
