Once the site that bore Odette Myrtil’s boisterous cabaret, her vibrant personality and French flair effortlessly perme- ate the property, inspiring opulent odes in everything from menu selections at Odette’s Restaurant to the vaulted-ceil- ing lobby Piano Lounge and exclusive experience at ROOF, a members-only rooftop bar with breathtaking views of the surrounding New Hope and Lambertville landscapes. The Logan Inn in New Hope, part of Landmark Hospitality, is undergoing an expansion that will add nearly 40 new rooms to the property, as well as a new event space and breakout rooms.

An original farmhouse built in the 1730s that was trans- formed into Cascade Lodge in 1939 has been reborn as Durham Springs, Culinary Event Center. Co-founders Dan Fehlig and Ian Humphreys purchased the restaurant and 33-plus acres of the original farm in the spring of 2017 and began the renovations, which were completed in fall of 2018.
