It’s as if the hands of time have been turned back when diners enter Shields Tavern, where hearty seafood gumbo, veg- etable wraps and other mouthwatering choices are offered.


Christiana Campbell’s Tavern was George Washington’s favorite spot for seafood. The dinner menu includes: crab cakes,
