Tennessee! This photo was taken at the Historic Union Station Hotel built in 1900- originally as the grand central train station. This photo doesn’t show it, but the ceiling is curved stained glass. Always my favorite historic detail to find whenever possible. The steam engine relief on the bal- cony behind me is of a “state of the art modern steam engine,” by the year 1900 standards, called the Bully 108! The bas reliefs are original to the building and are in excellent condition. What a feast for the eyes! I love the positive news you spread.
