HOW AND WHEN DID YOU GET INVOLVED IN THE INDUSTRY?
It is 15 years now because I started with Spaform in Portsmouth.

Everyday is very different to the previous one!!
HOW DOES IT FEEL BEING A KEY PART OF THE HYDROPOOL TEAM?
It’s taken me 40 years to find a job I really love and suits my skill set. I genuinely enjoy getting up each morning and going to work!
WHAT DOES HYDROPOOL BRING TO THE HOT TUB MARKET?
A set of very dynamic and proactive retailers, along with a very well-built product, with a large selection of unique features.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
Watching our retailers grow. Seeing the joy a hot tub can bring to end customers’ lives.
HOW DO YOU SEE THE MARKET EVOLVING BOTH SHORT AND LONG TERM?
Short term small growth, long terms much larger, especially with swimspa.
WHO WOULD BE YOUR THREE GUESTS AT YOUR DREAM DINNER PARTY?
Jack Black and The Rock seem to have led very varied lives and done many different things. Would be an awesome dinner party, with the stories they could tell. Growing up playing rugby Brian Moore was a bit of an icon, known as the ‘Pitbull’ for his no-nonsense attitude, I am sure he has some great stories to tell too.
HOW DO YOU PREFER QUALITY TIME OUTSIDE OF WORK?
I have been married for 7 years and have a little girl, Georgia who has just started school. Cars have always been a big part of my life, from passing tools
to my Grandad working on his Rolls Royce Wraith and Dads 1936 Riley Lynx as a boy, to swapping small engines for big ones to go drag racing as I got older.

WHO BIG INFLUENCES ON YOUR LIFE AND YOUR CAREER?
Glan Davies from UK Pool Store installed the work ethic I have now during my early career in pool and hot tubs. Jonathan Bunn shaped me into the salesperson I am today. Lloyd Burden is like a father figure to me in my career – we met at Spaform in 2004 and it was his introduction that led me to work for Hydropool UK and then later Hydropool Europe – I owe him a lot!
