The Cellar Door Charlie and Dan met 5 years ago between them they have combined experience of over 30 years catering in Devon and abroad, and they are now in their second year of running the successful al fresco restaurant The Cellar Door at Sharpham Vineyard. They are now developing a plot of land for rearing animals, growing fruit and vegetables.


Gregg Turner As a sommelier, Gregg believes that the wine world should be made more approachable to a wider range of people. Although wine is a complex blend of history, science, geography and art all rolled into one, most importantly it is a drink that brings people together.


Julie Waddell Julie Waddell took on a role on BBC Radio 4 as a journalist on The Food Programme in 2012 alongside Dan Saladino. During this time she started researching the popularity of humous in the UK, and was amazed to discover it’s market size exceeded £60m. At the same time, she had ‘invented’ smoked humous in her home kitchen. Julie is now Founder of Moorish - the leading British brand of humous & dips, available in retailers nationwide.


Elly Wentworth Runner up of MasterChef The Professionals 2016, Elly has recently joined The Angel in Dartmouth as Head Chef. She’s twice been named South West Young Professional Chef of the Year, also scooping the overall title the second time around.


Mitzie Wilson She has been writing receipes for the cookery pages of just about every woman’s magazine. Her career highlights include launching BBC Good Food magazine and editing it for 9 years, and then launching Delicious magazine in 2003 which she edited for 3 years.
