There’s been lots of growth and development at EasyWeb Group recently, with the launch of a new division and 10 new employees across the business – it’s been a busy couple of months! A new division, EasyWeb


Partners, has been launched with a dedicated team to help HR consultants and HR consultancy organisations support their clients’ recruitment needs. EasyWeb Partners offers a range of services including applicant tracking software, recruitment campaigns, free engagement survey tools, free employer brand audit reports and more. Almost every team in the


company has had a new starter. Having all these new employees has meant that EasyWeb Group’s new employee onboarding scheme, led by training manager Jess Brosnan, where every new starter receives a welcome pack and an induction/training schedule, has had plenty of chance to be put to use!

BOOSTING MANAGEMENT SKILLS WITH ILM COURSE


Candidates began the third ILM programme in May


More than a dozen candidates have completed the ILM Management Development Programme with Milton Keynes Chamber. The comprehensive programme is delivered over a


nine-month period and is essential for anyone who needs to increase their management skills, improve their leadership skills and boost their confidence in managing and developing others. The course has been delivered in partnership with


the Chamber by Beyond Theory, a recognised provider for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), since May 2018. So far two cohorts, containing 14 candidates, have successfully completed the programme, a third cohort

has recently started the programme and bookings are now being taken for a fourth cohort starting in September. Milton Keynes Chamber chief executive Paul Griffiths


said: “We are proud to offer this course because it enables participants, and in turn their organisations, to develop their leadership skills for personal and economic growth. “We are delighted our first sets of participants have


successfully completed the programme and look forward to welcoming more candidates on future courses.”
