When local learning & development company The Development Company looked for a Learning Management System (LMS) to run their online learning from, it became clear that there was no value for money system for smaller companies to host their own elearning, videos and forums. Adrian Green, founder of
The Development Company, said: “We visited exhibitions in the UK and USA and couldn’t find a system that met our needs and wasn’t cost prohibitive. It became the obvious choice to design our own LMS.” The Development
Company’s LMS enables clients to upload videos and provides a rolling reflective learning journal for each course learner. Adrian continued: “Clients
have their own dedicated portal, so their learners have a seamless experience. Pitman Training, Gloucestershire Constabulary and the University of Northampton are clients who have their own portal on our LMS.” The Development Company
designs and develops bespoke online programmes for organisations.
