HEALTHCARE HEROES IN CELEBRATION
A Milton Keynes-based medical recruitment agency brought in the superheroes to mark a decade of providing doctors and nurses to the NHS and independent hospitals across the UK. Staff at National Locums lived up to their ‘Healthcare
Heroes’ title by dressing as their favourite world-saving characters from movies, while celebrating their 10th anniversary. Launched by the Cook family in 2009, National
Locums has won a raft of awards in recognition of its dynamic growth, employee development and ethical standards. Today, it is part of the Cook Investment Group, which operates three companies specialising in different aspects of medical recruitment. National Locums will continue to celebrate throughout

AIRA DIGITAL SCOOP PRIZE AT UK CONTENT AWARDS
Aira Digital is celebrating success after winning the Large Content Marketing Agency of the Year Award, at the UK Content Awards. Held at the Montcalm Marble Arch Hotel, the night
saw a host of talented agencies and in-house teams gather together to celebrate valuable and engaging content. The night was hosted by sports broadcast journalist,
Will Perry, who kept the excitement and momentum alive through the 22 different categories, ranging from Best Video Content Campaign, to Best B2B Campaign. Within the Large Content Marketing Agency of the
Year category, judges were looking for an agency that “has produced fantastic results and has made a positive contribution to the industry”, looking at a host of
factors including client retention, growth and the quality of campaigns. Director Paddy Moogan said: “From the very
beginning of Aira, it was myself and Matt’s vision to ensure a positive and healthy company culture, delivering incredible work to our clients, within an environment where our team genuinely enjoy coming to work – no matter how big our team got. We were thrilled to hear the judges’ feedback, that they were impressed by how much we had grown whilst maintaining a great culture and a happy team. “The recognition of the Large Content Marketing
Agency of the Year award affirms that our approach is worthwhile and valuable, which we couldn’t be more pleased to see.”

Business School academics, Dr Karl Knox, Dr Mohamed Saeudy and Debra Leighton have also secured their accreditation since its launch in May with others in the process of applying. The CMBE scheme gives
business and management educators a recognised professional designation as well as a framework for continuous professional development.
