Lancaster Marriott’s new East Tower will help attract larger conventions to the very popular Lancaster County Convention Center.

Q: In what ways do you expect the newly added hotel tower will be a game changer for Lancaster?

The addition of the new East Tower to the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square really allows our destination to appeal to a wider audience of prospective users. The increase in number of rooms with the proximity to the Lancaster County Convention Center is an important factor in customer decision making. Larger conventions deliver larger attendees who need larger accommodations – and the addition of the East Tower has prepared us for just that. Likewise, the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square is a dining destination in and of itself. With two new restaurants adjacent to the property, Plough and The Exchange, both headlined by local celebrity Chef Ryan McQuillan, convention goers don’t even have to leave the property to indulge in a high-quality meal or high-energy social interaction.
