Italian Cocktail Hour Private Dining Italian Wine Pairings

That same year, an all-female group of leaders and decision-makers in the Philadelphia area came together to form Party Partners of Philadelphia (now The Industry Formula). To- gether, they decided to market Philadelphia’s private dining and restaurant scene as a whole, rather than each individual business competing with the other.

Since its inception in 2013, the group has col- laborated on marketing initiatives, business de- velopment and client prospecting, even banding together to create a dine-around for concierge and hotel sales teams to all participating ven- ues. Additionally, the group created a legacy team with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, which has raised over $120,000 collectively since 2014.

While some larger companies shied away from this approach, the partnership quickly grew to over 30 members, including hotels, event plan- ners and vendors.

The Industry Formula aims to be a membership networking group for hotel, restaurant and venue sales and marketing professionals, as well as a service group for event planners and administrators who are looking for a space in which to host their next event.
