How to Order

MAIL your order form to 153 Main Street, Burlington, VT, 05401 by August 1. Indicate on the envelope if you’re a member and/or including a membership gift with your order.


Drop your order form off IN PERSON at the FlynnTix Regional Box Office by August 1. Your order will be processed along with those postmarked in that day’s mail.


• Due to high demand during the member pre-sale, we regret that we cannot accept phone orders or issue tickets at the box office window. Starting August 2, order online, by phone, or in person at the FlynnTix Regional Box Office (no order form needed).


• We do not accept fax orders due to the possibility of lost or unreadable information.


• Ticket prices, dates, and programs are subject to change. Discounts


Flynn Members (Pre-sale begins Tuesday, July 16 and ends at 11:59 pm on August 1)


Become a Flynn member at any time during the pre-sale for priority seating and ticket discounts.


• Save 15% if you order 3 or more performances by September 13 AND you’re a member at the Contributor level ($120) or higher.


• Save 10% if you order 3 or more performances by September 13.


General Public (On-sale begins Friday, August 2) • Save 10% if you order 3 or more performances by September 13.


Additional Discounts


• All individuals attending any performance must have a ticket and a separate seat. A $4 discount is offered on tickets for children 17 and younger and to full-time students with valid ID cards. Note: Infants under one year admitted free of charge for four family performances.


• Groups of 15 or more receive a 15% discount on tickets sold starting August 2. Some shows are excluded. For more information call 802-863-5966.


• D-Price Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis starting on August 2. No additional discounts apply.


The Flynn Box Office is open: Monday-Friday from 10 am-5 pm, and Saturday from 11 am-4 pm. On the days of Flynn MainStage shows, the Box Office extends its in-person hours at the window up to curtain time. One half-hour prior to a show, only that day’s event will be available for purchase to ensure timely seating. On Sunday, the Box Office window opens one hour before curtain time. On days of FlynnSpace shows the Box Office window re-opens 45 minutes prior to showtime.

• Free ticket exchange for another Flynn-presented performance is a special benefit for customers who buy 3 or more performances by September 13 at 11:59 pm and for members at the Contributor level or higher. (Additional costs apply for higher priced ticket.)


• We can only honor exchange requests made by the original ticket purchaser.


• Exchanges may be made at the box office or by mail as long as tickets are received at the Flynn two business days prior to the show date, allowing time for their resale.


• No refunds are issued, but you may donate unused tickets to the Flynn prior to the event.


Ticket Delivery


• Please allow approximately four weeks for delivery. If you would like your tickets held at the box office for pick up or sent to an alternate shipping address, please note this clearly on your order form.


• There is a $3.50 per ticket processing fee on all orders, up to a maximum $25 fee per order during the member pre-sale. Tickets held at the box office incur the same processing fees as mailed orders.


Seat Assignments


• Members ordering between July 16-August 1 can request seating preferences. To ensure fairness, all orders are processed manually and seats are assigned by box office staff. We will make our best effort to accomodate your seating preferences, but specific requests cannot be guaranteed.


• Beginning August 2, members and the general public can select their own seats when they order online, in person, or by phone.


• If you order during the member period and would like to be seated with friends, please submit your orders at the same time, clipped together (paper orders), or purchase online on the same date and reference one another’s names in the order notes. For orders not placed on the same date, adjacent seating cannot be guaranteed.
