Middlebury Actors Workshop produces both classic and cutting- edge plays with some of Vermont’s very best actors. Returning to FlynnSpace following 2018’s astonishing The Turn of the Screw, the company performs Every Brilliant Thing, a heartfelt play about depression and the lengths we go to for those we love. In November, the actors come back for a contemporary spin on Much Ado About Nothing, set entirely around a dinner table as eight guests act out Shakespeare’s comic masterpiece, starring local phenoms Craig Maravich and Chris Caswell.

Through a combination of virtuoso manipulation, humor, and poetic insight, the Cashore Marionettes express the profound richness of life with stunning simplicity.
