Kellie climbs to senior role with Caulmert waste team


An environmental consultant, who spends her spare time bouldering and rock-climbing in landscapes similar to those she spends her working days analysing, has joined leading engineering, environmental, and planning consultancy, Caulmert. Kellie Burston, 29, has been


appointed as Senior Environmental Consultant in the waste department of the fast- growing, employee-owned firm. She said: “I realised very


quickly after university that I needed to specialise, and there was a niche in the waste consultancy sector that I wanted to work and get involved with. “I was particularly interested in


waste because of its importance and the involvement it has in our everyday lives. As a young child, I was always taught and encouraged to be waste aware and resourceful because it will be mine and future generations who it will impact upon. “The team is really friendly


here. The work is very varied, and I’m really enjoying taking on the responsibility of project management.”

Graham takes up the helm at Go Plant Fleet Services


One of the UK’s leading providers of specialist commercial vehicles has appointed a new Chief Executive. Graham Hale has taken up the reins at Go Plant Fleet


Services, which has headquarters in Ibstock, Leicestershire. It has revenue of around £85m and employs around


850 staff across 48 depots and service centres nationwide. The 53-year-old takes over from Vaughan McLeod,


who switches to a non-executive position on the board of the company. He brings with him a successful track record after


running FTSE 100 bank-owned and private equity- backed vehicle management businesses. His wealth of financial, sales and commercial


experience provides the base for strong, clear leadership in pursuit of the company’s long-term strategy. He said: “I’m delighted to be leading such a
