1. Kerry Austin Thomas Westcott Chartered Accountants
The Business Recovery and Insolvency department of Thomas Westcott Chartered Accountants has been further strengthened by the arrival of experienced insolvency specialist, Kerry Austin. Kerry, who joins the firm as an Insolvency Manager, started her career in
professional services at a leading South West law firm before training at a national insolvency practice where she spent eight years handling a range of personal and corporate cases.

2. Sue Pengelly Bibby Financial Services
Bibby Financial Services (BFS) has appointed Sue Pengelly as Business Development Manager (BDM), South West of England, as it looks to expand its support for small and medium-sized businesses in the region. Sue will be based at BFS’s South West office in Bristol and joins a team of seven BDMs, alongside nine other employees responsible for new business generation and client relationship management.

3. Annabelle O’Higgins Bright Solicitors
Bright Solicitors is pleased to announce that Annabelle O’Higgins qualified as a solicitor on 1 March 2019. Having undertaken training in investment property, residential property, disputes and litigation, wills and trusts, Annabelle found her greatest satisfaction and enjoyment came from working with clients buying and selling domestic properties, and so will become a member of Julie Milton’s residential conveyancing team.

4. Martin Kelly Bovey Castle
The Eden Hotel Collection welcomes Martin Kelly as General Manager of Bovey Castle, the exclusive five-red-star hotel and country estate located in Dartmoor National Park, Devon. Martin has previously held long-standing general manager positions at
the Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa and L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa in Jersey, alongside other hotel management roles at properties in Brighton, Birmingham and Glasgow. Kelly will take over the GM position from Bovey Castle’s former Resort Director, Greg Fehler.

5. Gemma Stevens Nash & Co
Nash & Co Solicitors are delighted to announce the recruitment of a specialist family solicitor to join their expert family team. Gemma Stevens, who has more than 10 years post qualification
experience as a solicitor, joined the Nash & Co Family Team in December 2018. Gemma brings with her a wealth of experience in all family matters with particular specialisms in divorce, domestic violence, finance and children cases. Gemma has lived and worked in the South Devon area throughout her legal career which allows her to be familiar with local court practices.
