The Health Centre Pharmacy has a vacancy for an enthusiastic pharmacist keen to progress their career. Our busy pharmacy which is based within Carrickfergus Healthcentre will provide an excellent professional environment where you will gain a wide range of experience, not just in all areas of pharmacy practice but you will also be exposed to the very latest in information technology and best business practice. The vacancy is initially a maternity cover position from May 2019 until January 2020 covering Monday to Friday (flexible working hours considered). This position may lead to a permanent role depending on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities • Providing telephone based customer support for our range of pharmacy-based software systems. • Ensure that all calls are logged and responded to in a timely manner • Liaise in a professional manner with other IT support teams to see calls through to completion. • Take ownership of customer issues and escalate to line manager where appropriate
Skills Knowledge of Pharmacy computer systems or previous call centre experience would be of benefit although full training will be given. Good computer literacy skills and clear telephone manner are essential.
