he Yellowknife Racquet Club is a private squash and fitness fa- cility located in Yellowknife, the capital city of the Northwest


Territories. It opened in 1981 with three squash courts, a racquetball court and a small workout area with a treadmill or two. I purchased the RC in 1997. I have


been involved in sport and fitness all my life and became a certified in- structor in 1986. I’m passionate about teaching and seeing the positive emo- tional, physical and spiritual growth in
