host elite athletes and sports pro- fessionals at a five-star level. In fact, Canada’s top male tennis players gave the courts a thorough testing back in September when the club and ho- tel hosted Canada’s Davis Cup Team. Rising young Canadian tennis star Denis Shapovalov held his LIGHTS Charity event at 10XTO in November. The club has also hosted a number


of squash tournaments and exhibi- tions, including a Nick Matthew versus Daryl Selby match-up and a Movember charity fundraiser. The club’s grand opening featured tennis legend and resident touring pro, Daniel Nestor, squash great Jonathon Power and up- and-comer Hollie Naughton. According to CEO Gary Muller,

come about? Muller is a well-trav- elled former athlete with an impres- sive professional tennis career. He is


also a talented visionary. His 30-year U.S. Open-inspired relationship with Library Collection hotelier, Henry Kallan, led to his involvement. Muller lived the project for years, nurturing the seed of an idea, carefully choosing each detail and painstakingly manag- ing the construction phase. “Seeing this project come to frui-
