Circus Festival hosted by Devizes School

Devizes School Sport Network welcomed over 250 KS1 students from surrounding primary schools to a Circus Festival held as Devizes School in February. The day was a huge success with many students inspired to run away to the circus with the skills they learnt in one afternoon.

The afternoon started with an awe inspiring 20 minute circus skill show with many students used as volunteers to shock the audience. The primary

schools then worked their way around a circuit set around Devizes School before finishing off with another show delivered by professionals.

The circus circuit students experience included 4 different skill workshops, including plate spinning, juggling, tight rope walking, diablo, uni-cycling and much more. It was a fantastic afternoon, thank you to all parents, teachers and adults that helped get the students to the event.
