I don’t know about you, but it seems to me that just about everything seems better – and easier – during the summer when the sun’s shining. But even at this carefree time of year health problems can strike. The key is to be prepared for whatever may happen, from
simple little cuts and grazes to sunburn and travel sickness. There’s no need for any of these things to spoil your summer if you already have everything you need to cope with them. And guess what? Your local Careway pharmacist is the
ideal person to help you if you need medicines or other types of health products to keep you well all summer. Your pharmacist can also give you plenty of advice to prevent health problems developing in the first place, as well as tell you how best to treat minor ailments and injuries. Just visit your nearest Careway pharmacy and ask. Meanwhile if the weather’s on our side we should be spending more time
outdoors at this time of year. If you’re stuck for ideas for things to do – especially those that involve ways of keeping your family active – we’ve got some suggestions you may like the sound of. I’m definitely going to be trying some of these myself (turn to page 38 to find out more).
