Man, what a fabulous
weekend!
Crowds descended onto Elsecar and Wentworth in June to marvel at the magnificent and monumental Man Engine as it made its way to South Yorkshire.
Thanks to the hard work
and determination of the Great Place Wentworth and Elsecar team, the whole weekend was a roaring success, with both events sold out. The afterdarker at
Elsecar saw the Man Engine mechanical puppet come to life in a firework spectacular while the vintage themed afternooner on the front lawn of Wentworth Woodhouse saw thousands soak up the sun with lots of traditional entertainment and performers around.
