Rock ‘N Roll Spas For Holiday Park Lifestyle
Taking its inspiration from great British rock music, the Rockstar holiday home at Away Resorts’ Tattershall Lakes in Lincolnshire, pays homage to the country’s best and biggest rock legends with an interior décor that has more than a hint of country chic. Vivienne Westwood meets the Rolling Stones, we are talking about
a mix of plaid checks, sumptuous fabrics and, of course the obligatory luxurious bedroom, all on a red, white and blue theme. But the real rock ‘n’ roll touch is that they each have a bubbling hot tub sat outside, supplied by Urban Cedar Hot Tubs, based near Bristol, for the ultimate indulgence that every hardworking rock star deserves.

The Malvern Spring show launched a busy season for popular Midlands spa dealers, Complete Spas.
The multi-award winning team has just expanded its showroom to include a swim spa area with two swim spas and space for two additional large spas, so they can better promote their swim spa ranges. Based at the Blackminster Business Park, Rachel Grinall commented: “We love getting out there at a county or even smaller shows, as we can talk through customers questions about running costs, maintenance and other concerns. “Although the early morning starts and long days take their toll, it is part of what we love in this industry,” added Rachel.
A Very Sad Farewell
One of the brightest smiles in the industry, Sean Blake from Romerils, Jersey, died recently, losing a brave battle with liver cancer. Instrumental in the development of the spa market in the Channel
Islands, Sean was an outstanding professional who could always be relied upon.
“For the past 15 years, Sean has been the life and soul of virtually every Aegean dealer meeting with memorable moments known throughout the trade from Brighton to the Algarve,” comments Aegean’s Chris Perry. “Sean’s loyalty to Aegean was second to none and was representative of his character outside the world of business.” He was Jersey’s premier spa specialist, where he managed a superb operation introducing many pool and spa lines from the mainland to Jersey. Stephen Weller of Aegean adds: “He was great innovator, fun and dependable, a sad loss while all his friends in the industry will miss him greatly. “For my part, Sean’s passing is a loss of a great customer and friend.”
