There are now around 100 people (ISPE members and non-members) enrolled onto the ISPE Continuous Professional Development (CPD) scheme which was launched last year.
The scheme is open to everyone and all those who
register, receive a free CPD Activity file and log sheet. More and more companies are getting on board to offer free half- or full day training sessions (usually 4 or 8 CPD points) and details will appear on the News page of the ISPE website (
www.ispe.co.uk) later in the year. Email
ross@ispe.co.uk to find out more about, or to register onto the ISPE CPD.

Gray, Jordan Henry, Charlie King, Talia McArthur, Blair McGrath, Simon Potts, Ged Storpirstis.
TRADE SHOW
The ISPE is delighted to have been asked to devise part of the technical programme for SPATEX 2019 which will take place at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry, West Midlands from Tuesday 29th to Thursday 31st January. The programme of ISPE workshops will be finalised during July and August and delegates will receive one CPD point for each workshop they attend. If anyone who is exhibiting is interested in giving a generic 20 minute presentation do please email your subject proposals to Ross at the ISPE office.
One-Day Seminar - Thursday 22nd November - Clevedon, North Somerset. Booking forms and programmes for forthcoming seminars will be sent to all ISPE members about six weeks’ before each seminar and will be available on the ISPE website under Diary Dates. For the ISPE Filtration Workshop, an excellent hands-on full day’s training on the inner workings of filters and more (ask for full details) a waiting list is held and those who are keen to attend should register their interest now. Places will be confirmed about one month before the event and invoices sent to those who are able to attend.
• 120th WEEKEND BREAK
The Institute is considering holding a two-day weekend conference in Autumn 2019. With everyone so busy during the working week, how many would give up their weekend for a series of ISPE seminar presentations, probably to include the ISPE Awards and AGM over a Saturday and Sunday? A series of social events would also be included and there could be great opportunities for company participation too. Please let the ISPE know (
ross@ispe.co.uk) if this would be of interest to you (or not).
