This 100% reflective and fluorescent Hat Band (left) is an essential piece of kit for any rider to wear all year round. One Size fits most sizes and styles of riding hat. The Leg Boots/Wraps (below) are made from a strong and durable, yet soft, black waterproof fabric with two 2” fluorescent and reflective bands. One size and really adjustable by removing any left-over tape. Can even be cut in half for miniature Shetlands.

Osberton International Horse Trials (29 September – 2 October) looks set to be more exciting than ever.


Not only does the event host the Four-, Five-, Six- and Seven-Year Old British Eventing Championships, the established CCI1* and 2* international classes remain – plus there is the new, select auction sale taking place on the Saturday night thanks to an innovative partnership with Brightwells auctioneers. Past Osberton graduates include Kitty King’s ride Ceylor LAN, Vittoria Panizzon’s Borough Pennyz, Pippa Funnell’s Billy the Biz and Tina Cook’s Billy the Red, all of which have made their mark at the top level of eventing. New this year, and whilst heavy horse breeding is unsurprisingly unusual in eventers - notwithstanding the great track record and huge following of Ben Hobday’s half Clydesdale four star campaigner Mulrys Error - visitors to Osberton can enjoy the Shire Horse Society Working Festival, the association’s first working horse


festival displaying the talents of this mighty breed by way of ploughing competitions and turnout classes. With great shopping, Pony Club Showjumping, Osberton’s famous Gate Jumping competition and a Carriage Driving Demonstration, as well as the usual food outlets and well-stocked bar, there is plenty to keep all the family entertained.

With over 35 years’ experience on the saddle, Kate is now raising the bar as she enters into British Eventing. I look forward to representing them for the rest of the season starting with Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials – 31st August to 3rd September”. Kate will be seen wearing the


Colt Rider at Burghley HT and will be available for a meet and greet. Muck Boot will also be present at the event in collaboration with Country Living and attendees will have the opportunity to visit the iconic Muck Boot Horse.
