The Logic LTA160 ‘Terr-ator’ slitter has a rotor 1.6 metres wide with 32 x 6mm blades producing slits 140mm deep in the soil to break up compaction or penetrate waterlogged ground. The blades are designed to penetrate the ground with as little effort as possible and when the ground is hard, optional weights can be added up to a maximum of 112.5kg. This allows air into the topsoil and improves drainage when conditions are wet - and
particularly over a winter period. The Terr-ator can be towed by any suitable vehicle, particularly an ATV, UTV or something similar. It features a very strong construction with sturdy LGP wheels and tyres. It is transformed from transport to work mode by simply flipping the body over 180 degrees using the drawbar, then rotating the swivel hitch to the new towing position.
