Health Begins in the Kitchen Blistered Padrón or Shishito Peppers

INGREDIENTS:


½ pound padrón or shishito peppers


1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil


Finishing salt to taste 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast, or to taste
