ARTICLE much more. Creativity is also a high resonance quality.
When we resonate at a higher vibration, Love and life-force energy flow eas- ily through us. People are attracted to this energy because it feels good. It also triggers their own higher resonance, awakening aspects that may have been suppressed or dormant. It’s the ripple effect, which means that as we work on raising our vibration on an individual level we inevitably – as a side effect - help raise the resonance of those around us. Along these same lines, a group of people meditating or singing together creates a positively-charged atmosphere greater than the same number of people meditating or singing alone. Also, the more each person feels relaxed and comfortable in their skin, the more others around them relax, feeling welcome and accepted. That in turn allows the natural flow of authentic connection. In this open-hearted state we more easily attune to the intrinsic Beauty/Essence of each person or of the group as a whole.
World Peace Events
Adding together the information in those last two paragraphs, it becomes clear that each individual is important, that one by one as we raise our vibrational resonance we actually contribute to making the world a kinder, more compassionate and happy place. So you see, there is hope for ‘Peace on Earth’.
Every year Exeter Mind and Body Clinic is part of a world-wide celebration mark- ing World Peace Day (21st September) and Global Oneness Day (24th October) with free and low-cost events which tie in with the theme of this article. Please check our website for details:
www.exetermindandbody.com Also in September a colleague and I are running a beautiful, heart-nourishing event
that includes dance/movement,
guided meditation, fun, creativity and energy medicine (for those readers who remember the SCIO groups I used to run, I’ll be using a different device but similar bio-resonance technology). Individually and as a group we raise our vibrational resonance which in itself rejuvenates body, mind and spirit. A guided process leads us into deep relaxation and fills us with calm, empowering and loving energy. We then send this high vibrational energy to others, to places and people in need or conflict, to Nature, and to this beautiful planet that is our global home. It acts like a healing balm helping to return people and situations to a state of balance that is infused with the magic essence of Love. We invite peace and har- mony, understanding, tolerance and compassion to fill ourselves, all peoples and our Earth.
