• Flower pots, bikes, wheelbarrows, papier mache • Characters, scarecrows, divas - but maybe not siz feet two... • Remember the British weather - it might rain too... • Upton retailers please join in too... Lots of bunting needed too • Dress, garden fence railings... cars in the garages, cars and bikes on drive • It would be nice to leave them up for the carnival


Have your figure or prop on display, ready for view, between Monday 3rd July & Saturday 15th July. Put this poster (with your name) next to it. We will be on patrol and will find it for judging.
